The album consists of 8 ambient music soundscapes in stereo and 5.1 surround sound. The songs where create between June 2003 and May 2006. There are two ambient videos included as well. The video was filmed on the central coast of California.

Two of the songs contain video, while the other four display a photo when the song is playing.
